My grandmother got a call from this number and the heavy accented man said his name is John Cooper. She is so upset. I believe it's a scam trying to get her account numbers. He said that it was about my aunt and she was listed as the first referrence. I told her not to answer if she doesn't recognize the number. The first call was a message so I have saved and listened to it several times and can't understand most of what's said.

I filed a complaint with Choice One Communications.  Maybe they will attempt to do something.
Tell the people that there are more than one person with that name in the household and ask them which one they want to speak to and they will hang up. Although I was not lying to him.

Caller said his name was Tiger Taylor.  Call concerned a legal matter.  This guy has contacted me before using the phone number 412-253-6575 and now this number 717-584-0484.  I feel like I have been someone's big laugh... No more a co-worker reminder me of the Federal, Debt, Collections, Practice, Act Rules...
