You've been scammed by Jamaican lottery/prize scammers.   Anyone who cold calls you and tells you you have won a prize and then demands money upfront is a scammer.  Your money is most likely lost.  You should go to thepolice and make a report.   The police can then notifiy the public about the scam.  DO NOT PAY ANYONE ANY MONEY BY PHONE!  NEVER SEND ANY MONEY TO ANYONE YOU DO NOT KNOW.

This has been going on for some years.  It's been all over the newspapers and TV for years.

Remember  Cold call from area code 876 = Jamaica = and usually = a scam.
