who is this??

I just got a call today. I answered (on an app) and listened to the voice, heard my name, and knew it was some telemarketer,  or people trying to get you offers. I didn't even say anything. They hung up after.

I have the number blocked but they call every half hour or so all day tried to call back and it just rings and rings

Called 3 times within a couple hours and I'm in CA . No message

I have received numerous calls from this number every half hour or so. I blocked the number no more calls from this number
