ID said Chambersburg, PA no message left. This number calls frequently.

Same as above posters - received call, no message.
Have received FOP solicitations with that ID in the past, so blocked this number, too.

This unknown number persistently called my home in June 2015 several times, hung up when I answered and never left a message so I actually reported 717-496-0362 to the PA Atty General' Office and I did get a response via mail from this AG office and the letter said that under the DNC law these types of calls are permitted!! (what types of calls,?) Sorry that I wasted my time and I understand this dem PA Atty Gen has been charged with (among other things) perjury.
