It's the same old same people/organizations that Continually Call & Call And Call, they just change their Numbers.
They are LOSERs who can't get a Real ETHICAL Job, as No Reputable Company would hire them, so they work from home, or some SCAMMER.

Just got a call from this number from Reinhold PA and I answered it!The person claimed to be from some Police foundation! I interrupted the guy telling him that I give to my local police department and DO NOT give over the phone. He interrupted me saying ok, maybe next time! I said there won't be a next time!
