CID says CAPITOL CONSUMER. I have no idea what this is, but I'm marking it telemarketer, since no message was left. What I find suspicious is that they rang in not one minute after I blocked a call from another area code. I can't help but think that was just so coincidental, or maybe I'm just paranoid now.
