Got the same call. I called back, he transferred me to his senior attorney "Gary Thompson"  with an extremely thick Indian accent.(Lot of static feedback) He started his speech, I couldn't understand him and asked him to repeat himself and he yelled at me.  Claimed I had three charges, same ones as all scam companies. Said he looked in to my background and i had a good record in my past life and was a good person.,( Didn't know I was dead?)After he finished, he asked, so what do you want to do? Want to go to jail or settle out of court? I asked him for the debt validation letter that any debtor is entitled to. He told me this was my final notification and refused to send me the letter. I told him that even if I agreed the debt was mine, which I did not confirm, there is no debtors prison in America, where he clearly was not. I told him he was violating laws and the Fair Debt Collection practice act and would like his actual name and address. He yelled at me and said to be ready to be arrested, I acted excited and said when and where...he got real mad and yelled at me, I couldn't quite understand. Then he hung up on me.  Now I can screen shot this and add it to my file. Please don't pay these guys, they are NOT LEGIT!
