Calls all the multiple times a day on my cell. Don't answer bc IDK the #. Never leave a msg, so that tells me right away it's a s**t call. Never will answer this call until I have a good reason to. Anything area code 717, makes me think of taxes, school loans, government related, or the lottery. I don't play...so that would be a wrong number! :/  Will be blocking this #.
