Went to voicemail but they didn't leave a message.  Added number to spammers blacklist.  This must be a new one they are using.

Had all calls blocked on my cell while out of the US. This sneaked through anyway. Grrr. Bad enough to have spam. Worse to pay for it!!!

Called my cell phone at 8:30 a.m. but didn't leave a message.  I have blocked the call.

Called me just now I ignored it only 2 people have the cell number it called, and it wasn't either of them so it has to be something annoying. Upon calling it back it went to a voicemail that was to full to receive messages and it was the voice of a woman with a very heavy foreign accent. I could not make out what she actually said.

Some low life trolls robocalling about student debt.
