Same thing, one or 2 phone calls a day, 2 made it to messages before blocked but no actual message.  One message was empty, the second was a beep and then dead air.

received call from this number and left a 40 second message of dead air, and then a beep and it disconnected from my voicemail.

I get the same thing as previous comments. The only problem is once you block it they call from other numbers
