Got a call from this number, caller ID said Gettysburg PA, I was on the phone at the time , so I didn't answer, probably a scam

Received a call saying it was from Gettysburg, however, 717-321-1215 is not a Gettysburg number but from Lancaster, PA. Caller did not leave a message. It is a telemarketer/scam!

Call back after blocking my number just gets an "hello" followed by a noise and then a click. Maybe a telemarketer but with number spoofing it's difficult to know.
