A gentlemen named Mr. Ridarint called and said he wanted to talk to me about the supply charges on my Peco bill. He gave me a reference number and told me to call back with my Peco bill handy. Sounds like a scam to me. If you want to talk about supply charges on my bill - you should already have a copy of it.
