I receive numerous calls a day from this number.  I have returned the call and got a recording of an elderly woman saying no one is available to take the call, and the second time I called there was classical music playing in the background.  I have been disconnecting the call as soon as i see the number, but the calls continue to come in several times a day.

Definitely a scam number calling random phones landline and cell. Number comes up as Comcast but it is dialing numbers not associated with an account.
