Called on 8/18/2016. no voicemail

Just called my cell phone and hung up!

Calls @ 7AM!   I'm in the Central Time Zone, but have a PA phone #.  They don't leave a message.  If I don't know the #, I do not answer.  So much for being on the "Do not Call List" since 2007!!!!!

Didn't answer, no message, obviously a scammer based on other comments here.

Got a call today, didn't answer.
