Rupert qualified as a chartered surveyor at Gooch & Wagstaff Colliers CRE, focusing firstly on agency and then commercial investment. In 1996 he joined Henderson Global Investors where he initially co-managed two UK property funds on behalf of German institutional investors, prior to being appointed fund manager of the £250 million Henderson UK Property Fund. He became a Henderson director in 2003, before leaving in 2005 to join Palmer Capital. Rupert takes particular responsibility for the core and core plus funds and segregated account relationships that operate within the Company. He is a member of the investment Committee.

Just wanted to add that this company is supposedly out of the UK. Yes I know other companies do business in the states. I wonder if they are aware of the DNC rules?
