Scam number associared with the 717-274-8311 number. Both numbers are from a non existant business, no longer in service in the area the phone number is associated with. They are phishing for verification that the number they call exists, usually but not always, as a third party for debt collectors. They call by spoofing a phone number, trying to trick you into thinking it may be from someone local who you know. Report both numbers immediately to state and federal do not call lists. Every complaint helps to curb these numbers. Also, remember, this is an illegal practice, which you are protected under FCC  consumer rights which this 3rd party and its client can be held accountable for. If these numbers persist, as well as others, maintain a log and keep reporting every time.
