PS  The call came to my cell phone.  I am in San Diego County.

Got a call from this number today around 10am,, needless to say, extremely annoying when I called back and it was "disconnected", then I googled it and came up with this site.. Wtf???

They block the calls.  I don't think that is actually the phone company recording.  Or, the incoming calls can be automatically forwarded to a dead number.  Common scammer's trick, to prevent you from identifying them for formal complaints to the FTC, ICC, and police agencies.

Spanish scammers.  They prowl resume sites for numbers, and get some contact info from people in your office who may have gone on-line onto one of their web sites.
