Man with accent from City Express or something unintelligible calls repeatedly to speak with employees about letters or packages that his service wants to deliver.  I ask why he needs to confirm the address, just send it along, and he basically says, "Because" (sounds like my father).  Latest annoyance number to make my pest list.

Claims they are from City Express and requesting an individual. Transferred call to the mail room instead since in the past, calls like this are phishing attempts when transferred to individuals.
