Block your 'Caller ID' number by dialing *67 to get the secondary 'stutter' dial tone.  Then dial the above number to receive a recording stating that the number is 'no longer in service', 'representative not available', 'reorder tone', etc.

Its a police officer Benevolent Fund-raising association. I am on a do not call list. I also do not donate to police officer association's so I reported them to donotcall.gov for unsolicited calling. Reported the number to that site and now they will be investigated if more people come forth that report them.

Have  caller ID, didn't recognize the number, so didn't answer. Left no message.

I've been getting calls from these phonies for more than a decade. They "skirt" the charity provision by giving a percent or two toward legit police organizations, then pocket the rest! One of the longtime "promoters" of these illegitimate patterns.
