no message but calls 4-5 times a day

I receive a burst of calls from this number every couple of weeks. There is a recorded message that states they are calling about an important financial matter, bad financial instrument etc. But, the message always has a some random incorrect name: Floyd, Melissa, Jennifer, Doris...I have return called them several times telling them they have the wrong number. we have had the number for 13 or so years and that we don't know them, never heard of them & to remove our number. Two weeks or so later, the calls start again with a new name or they revert back to Floyd, Melissa, Jennifer or Doris. Ugh. The caller is shows National Credit, but when I call back they say it's EEG.

Cont. to call call my Job with the recording number even after telling them not too and they have my phone number. The recording goes all through my company so we are done.

I received a voicemail message on my cell phone from this caller in New York.  DO NOT RETURN CALLS TO THIS NUMBER.  It is obviously some kind of SCAM attempt.  They claim that there was a "returned item" from my bank and to call them immediately.  I live in Houston and never have "returned items" from my bank anyway.  They say to phone them back with an attorney to discuss resolution of this matter.  They must think I am stupid.  Do not call these SCAMMERS!

My bank account has been closed for over a month now..and I got a call from a recording saying I have a returned item..and call back with my attorney to settle the matter..its a scam.
