Called my cell phone. Left no message. When I called it back, the phone disconnected. Did not even get answered and did not ring. I have received this call about 20 times this week so far.

called on my cell phone. no message left, tried to call back, number does not ring, stays silent then disconnects. How do I get them to stop if I can't talk to anyone and I have no company name?
