This guy called me 6 times in a row yesterday. He called today and I answered, he started his speech and I hung up on him (he would not give me a chance to say stop calling), then he calls back after I hang up and leaves me a message saying I HAVE to call me back and that "I hung up because he knows that I know why hes calling" <Um excuse me, I dont have any debt within the past 10 years, so nobody should be calling me! He needs to understand to stop calling and give people a chance to say it! He is definitely not following any laws here!

Only left a message as a bill collector. Provide personal information not usually given by debt collectors. Caller ID lists the name only as private caller.

I think legal action should be taken on some of these people. The calls they are making cannot be legal.

this guy is obviously not familiar with FDCPA. he claimed to be filing a lawsuit. which is a joke and a lie. real lawyers send letters, not phone calls.

Jeff Luskin called from 716-923-7686. This scumbag uses abusive, unfair & deceptive practices. Why hasn't the FTC done anything about him. FYI - here is the FDCPA law: "The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, enforces the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), which prohibits debt collectors from using abusive, unfair, or deceptive practices to collect from you."
