On 5/10/2013, they called me at Can-Am Legal Service, unbeknownst to them I don't even work for Can-Am Legal Service. After the inital call, I recieved a call from the manager they said would call me after the initial contact with the first scammer. I actually work for a scam/fraud awareness team, and their number was tracked to South Dayton, NewYork, I do believe  Also, they failed to record any type of payment information. Clearly this is a scam, and because I have great legal ties, I have no problem filing a class action law suit on behalf of any individual who would like to get involved, If any party would like to join in the law suit feel free to contact me at lawpotts215@yahoo.com

Getting me to buy magazines for 36 months. I asked them four (4) times to remove me from the call list. But they kept going on.

Never leave a message-Don't know who they are or what they are selling. We do not answer calls from #'s that appear to be a telemarketer as we are busy with our clients. We instruct to leave a message on our voicemail if they would like a return call from us and they never do leave us a voicemail.

Rec'd junk marketing ph call from 716-886-6661. - Traces back to Buffalo, NY.

We don't answer unknown, long distance numbers. They automatically get routed into voice jail to filter us from annoyances. No msg left. Telemarketing scumbags never leave a worthy msg.

It would be like Obama telling the real truth...

Some guy said that he was going to send me a bunch of magazines, all FREE.  He claimed that the adds in the magazines picked up the cost for them.  Ya right.  Clearly this is a scam where they get you to say OK to the supposed magazines.  Then they record you when your giving them your info.  Then SUPRISE you get a big fat bill in the mail.  If you dispute it they'll bring up the recording of you claiming to agree to the magazines.  SCAM

Answered this call a lady was like whom am I speaking too right away? I don't ever give out my information because people record you saying things. So I ask whom I was speaking too?? Really I am not that dumb and she told me who she was and started telling me that they are calling businesses offering magazines for cheap to employees who answer. Blah blah sound like a bunch of crap on top of it it's interuping my calls from my customers. I told her to stop speaking and to immediatly take us off her list and to never call us again. Really you are bothering people at their place of business now because to many people are on the no call list! Plus I looked them up and they are not free and you can't cancel! If you are reading this right now and they are on the phone just hang up!
