I just received a phone call from this number on my cell phone as a missed call. When I went to call the number back I got a recording it had been disconnected. Then 15 mins later I received another missed call from the same number....wth is going on?

Called my landline at 11:15 am 2/4/2016.  Then called my cell phone at 11:29 am 2/4/2016.  I did not answer either call and no message was left.  I do not know anybody in Buffalo NY.

This number went to my answering machine at about 11:00am this morning, but no message was left. I don't know anyone from the Buffalo area so I'm blocking it from here on out...

Person with strong accent claimed to be John Williams with Windows Operating Corp, calling about my computer. I started asking pointed questions about him, and he disconnected. Obvious scam.

Received call on my landline @ 3:30 pm. I did not answer as the number is unknown. No message was was left on voicemail but, I suspect it was the same person who called before claiming to be from Microsoft telling me there was a virus on my computer.
