We are a survey research department here at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, NY. We do many different studies pertaining to people's opinions about public health issues. We appreciate people's input and opinions and we do pay participants for their time with most of the studies. This is legitimate scientific research.

A myth about survey research is that it pertains to the 'Do Not Call' list.  This list does not apply to us because we're not selling anything or asking for money.  We're just asking for opinions and paying you for your time and participation. Also, the numbers we call are created through random digit dialing. We don't know who we're calling initially.

We have 9 other numbers affiliated with us, which are assigned to different projects we're conducting at the time.
