9/20/16 - "Gary Sanders" left me a voicemail message saying that he is following up on documents that contain my name and social security number and that he'd like to give me a chance to address the claim. Very very fishy! As he did not identify the company he is with. He did not identify MY name on the message. And he didn't give any hint as to what "documents" he is referring to. I called the number back (716-844-3283) to give him a piece of my mind - I love ripping these guys a new [***]! But I got the voicemail and hung up.

Illegitimate collection agency who keeps calling threatening to sue me for debt that's not mine. I told them to ahead and send the lawsuit papers and I'll have my lawyer throw it out but they just keep calling offering to "help me resolve this matter before it gets further pursued"

This is the number given to me for a Jeffery Thomas. He kept putting on hold to check out answers to questions I was asking. He had already told me he had my account pulled up. He then transferred me to another person in 'legal'. Gary Sanders. I just didn't right about any of this. Still wondering.
