A scam call rec'd.  left a message on voice mail that irs was suing. BEWARE!!!!

This is IRS tax fraud.

Scammers calling to tell you that the IRS has filed a suit against you. Report to FCC and SEC.

Call actually came up as 729-590-6574 on Caller ID.  Said to call back to 716-817-0050.  Said they have been trying to reach us?  Last notice before IRS files a lawsuit against us?  I noticed they called themselves the Internal Revenue ServiceS with an s at the end.  IRS is Internal Revenue Service.  This is a nuisance call and I am not returning their call.  Bogus message.

Threatens to sue you and you must call back!  This is a scam.  They want you to send money and get your phone number and money.  Don't call them back.  If they IRS is going to sue you they will come to your house and serve you papers just like everyone else has to.
