I could not understand a single word this person said. I hung up.

Like the previous poster this guy just kept yelling my name without answering me.  Bad vox on his mic as I could hear the call center in the background.  Now permanently blocked on our PBX.

Sounds like a boiler room.  I think he kept asking for "lamp"?
