Neutral Tandem New York, Llc...and found this...http://www.neutraltandem.com/...     so after reading the website it looks as though they could it looks like they could be used by any "company" to call all over the United States.

I continue to receive calls from phone # 716-748-7653 daily with nobody replying on the other line.  when I let the call go to my voice mail,  there is never a message left

is a scam call they will say they are from a private currier service and the need to deliver certified papers you need a witness and 2 forms of id. they are going to meet you with in the hour and call them back at 855 817 4836. if you look this number up on this site you can read tons more about this scam
