THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! If someone claims you owe them money and you feel as though you dont, the company in question can take you to civil court and a judge can tell you to pay, then you pay.Until that time dont!!!!!!! some scam artists will go to great lengths to take your money. In the event of a bounced check the company you bounced it to will call local law then your local law enforcement will issue an arrest warrant and call you, mail you a letter, or come to your residence to pick you up. It is not a crime to default on a loan from a company. loan institutions are bonded and insured in order to protect these companies from loss due to non-payment. PUT A STOP TO THESE SCAMS BY CALLING THIER BLUFF! if you actually pay this company you give them incentive to continue calling others, if 1 out of 10 of the 100,000 people called actually pay $100. This comany would make $100,000. This potential profit is the reason scams exist. In truth the amount this agency tells you to pay will be more than $100. they will choose a number low enough not to scare you away and high enough to seem a legitimate reason to call. ONCE AGAIN THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! Dont listen to the first messages on this board they were put on this message board by individuals working in the scammers best interests, not yours. And much of the info is false, such as a bounced check being a felony, trust me your local judical system is a much more agressive entity, and if they have a reason to come for your money they will and they wont mess around with phone calls. they will get you into court! Even if the companies were legitimate and took you to court the settled amount would be less than the claimed amount, it always pays to fight for your rights, if a person claims ownership of your property make them fight to get it. I hope this helps anyone in question.
