Collection Agency calling for someone that gives my # out instead of their own. A C&D order will hopefully stop this real fast.

They gave a return the call # as 866-803-2879

They actually confirmed my C&D letter by phone!!! They promised to remove my # associated with someone else's name and never call again.

keep getting calls from this number.  will not identify company, or business name. have asked and demanded repeatedly to be removed from their list. still get 2 to 5 calls a day. have filed a complaint.
