Hoping they can hold them accountable.

I just got a call from "Ms. Andrew" at this same number.  I have no idea what the debt is from or who the company is.  I asked them to mail me something showing that this is my debt.  She said that she could only send me something with their letter head.  She said, "This is a law firm, we are not going to play with you.  We don't make these calls for our health.  Do you pay your other creditors on time?"  I couldn't help but laugh...I told her that was not her business and had no bearing on this phone call.  She said something else that was totally out of line, can't remember what it was, but I said, "Excuse me?"  She replied with, "You can excuse all you want, I'm trying to verify information."  WOW...really?  I'm not sure how they think this tactic will work?

Didn't recognize the name Cawley Bergman on the caller ID so didn't answer. Looked them up online. It appears to be a debt collector. I don't have any unsettled debts but I keep getting calls for the former owner of the number. He has all kinds of debts. No voice mail message left.

I kepy getting calls from this number saying that I owed on a credit card. Well, I do owe on a few so I thought that it was legit. When it came time for me to pay they wanted my checking information and got mad at me and started yelling at me because I would not give it to them.

Company called and left a message for a woman who does not live in my household. Called the number they left on the answering machine and asked for them not to call again.  They claim my number was taken off, but we will see.
