MY daughter Johnesha Banks had receive several phone call from telephone number 716-362-4900 ext 125, Law office of Frank S Falzone, and the person that keep calling her is Tracy Allen or Allan threating her about a debt that do not pertain her. Stating that she own a VISA debit card from a company by the name of "CLOUT", that no longer exist. My daughter and I was a victim of identity theft back in 03/2005. My daughter was a freshman at that time, and someone from her school (we believe her roommate) stolen her information, and apply for a credit card using her information, and not only that, also, clean out our bank account. My daughter and I, both filed police report (as far as the police report this matter was closed, because they felt that anyone could had tamper with my daughter information, and her roommate dropped out of college when she learned that my daughter and I filed a police report), closed on that account, contact the Social Security to put a protection watch on both of our social security numbers. When I call to speak with Tracy Allen/Allan, she did not know or have any information on or about my daughter. She was trying to get some information from me. She did not know the spelling of my daughter name. So, that alone tell me that this was just a scam that they are trying to rip someone off. I also, look them up in the BBB's and their rating "F". Knowing all that I want to file this complaint to ask you to stop the harassment and threat upon my daughter, from Falzon Law firm.
