i was called by a women claiming that she was a collection agent trying to collect money on a credit card. this is the first time i have heard from her or this company. my debt is being handle through the local courts and clercks office. she tried to threaten me with a wage garnishment. i have not seen or received any court papers about this or even about a hearing. i may not know enough about the law but i do believe she can't garnish my wages without the courts approval. i have not been summoned to court to face this individual or the company she claims to work for. i'm going to write the judge in charge of my case and ask for a cause hearing before i agree to give them anything.

NCO-Someone by the name of Jasmine keeps calling from this and other NCO numbers.  I find it odd that they cannot verify any information and keep threatening me with a lawsuit if I fail to pay a debt that I know not to be real.  I always pay my debts.  The other numbers the same person calls from are 716-636-1588   716-631-0615  716-681-6816   000-000-0000 716-631-0631...As if I would be geting a call from anyone else with this area code...Like I am going to answer these FISHY calls.

I keep getting harassing phone calls from 1-716-632-1616 on my cell phone.  They say it's about a civil lawsuit. I tell them I know nothing about it to stop calling my cell. They told that they will contact my employee and contact the IRS.???

Unsolicited call looking for Samuel Ramirez! Harassing type call, & guy says I "NEED" to call back. Please. Im not even hispanic and don't know any Ramirezes. Another jerk calling near 8 PM when people don't want to be disturbed. No life. Report the number and company if you are in similar situation. Even if I was Ramirez, I wouldnt call THAT GUY back.
