Unknown, but obviously a scam since they are using an autodialer in violation of federal law. Called both my landline phone numbers today, in order. Left message "Hello. Can you hear me?" on the second line.

Called today, said their name was Daniel and wanted to qualify me for solar panels for my home.  Could not answer any of my questions, so I knew it was a scam and hung up.

716-584-1655 (Salamanca NY displays) incoming in time proximity to other scam numbers: 718-354-8806 (New York NY), 202-630-6840 (Washington DC), 202-480-2508 (Washington DC), 202-499-5240 (Washington DC). Also, 213-487-9500 (Telefund, Inc.)  Hey FCC,  Are you paying attention?

I got a call from this number today at 5:48. I also got a call from a local number earlier today 617 826 5361 Belmont MA. Both calls started with somebody saying can you hear me.
I blocked them both.
