I received a call from this number on 1/13/16 stating they have an affidavit of complaint that had been drawn up and notarized and running my name and social security number. The caller's name was John Perkins. He advised in regards to a foreseeable recovery lawsuit and to call him back. The subject was an old credit card debt that I had already settled.

I just got a call from 716-514-4894 Ken Wexlman stating I was being sued by a credit card company.
