This is a payday loan scam. I blocked it.

A recorded message stating that I was a approved for a loan to go to a website and enter a promo code.  

Payday loan scam. Message started off with "Congratulations, you have been approved for..." and I hung up.

Payday loan scam. Message started off with "Congraulations, you have been approved for a loan" and gave some promo code. I didnot answer it because it is nothing but a scam. Telling you to go to www.wirepaytoday. These people are just going around calling people and trying to scam them and trying to steal your athings from people. It should be a law to stop these people.
