They called and said that they will be sending my case over to county court and if I don't pay the 510 dollars they say I owe....I will have to pay a mandated court amount of 1375....so I when I asked for the name of their company and the contact for my attorney reach they got rude and insulting...I also quoted the f.o.i.a. laws and they were very ignorant of the freedom of information act which requires them to give me an address to request all of the info pertaining to my so called case.....these guys are idiots and not worth the Time to answer the phone call. Said also they were a law firm ...but would not provide their name (company)

This man called me in regards to a payday loan with check-n-go says I will go to jail if I don't pay 1,375.00 they are also calling me from 866-401-9455 They are calling my 77 year old mother who is in a wheel chair and cannot walk, says they will bring something for her to sign but never showed up..how do I get this people to stop???Another number is 205-545-7850
