deadbeat debt collectors who call every member of your family to get you to pay.  but they will only email a debt certification letter they will not mail one or give you their location.  I have been told by this number that I am going to jail and will be served in 2 hours for about a year now.  everytime I get a call a different amount is due and the persons name is David Banks.

Just got same type of voicemail! If they won't mail the paperwork indicating debt owed via US POSTAL service, they are either illegitimate or breaking collection laws! Nevertheless, they cannot harass you and if you ask them to stop and they dont, you CAN sue for harassment and undue anxiety, especially if they call your employer and jeopardize your income! YOU WILL WIN IF YOU HAVE PROOF! Court systems are cracking down on these scammers and the courts ARE putting your fraudulent thieves in prison!
