I received a call on my cell and they did not leave a message. Then they called my work and left a message on my voicemail. Stating there was case against me, but did not disclose the name of the person they wer contacting about. Left a case number and a number to call them back at 844-587-1475. Have not looked up this number yet to see where it leads. All my debt is currently in Chpt 13 so if this was legit they should have contacted my attorney not me directly. Plus, most of my debt is for student loans and nothing else. I get at least one call like this a week or an email for something similar. No matter how many times you tell these people to leave you alone they keep calling its getting ridiculous.

They threaten you saying they have court case against you and tell you that you have an arrest warranthat will be served. Then they try to get you to pay over the phone (for me they said it was 3000 dollars).Not a real company, scammers, don't let them intimidate you. Don't give them any money, especially credit card #'s. I told them to get bent and after a couple days the calls stopped.

Received calls on my cell and work number simultaneously saying they were from Mediation Group and leaving a phone number to call back and a case #.  I have been receiving harassing phone calls from National Portfolio Services that gives the same phone # to call back.  I haven't any idea what this is and want them to stop

They called me saying that they had a case filled with them for collection of a payday loan thru eZ corp. I told them that I never have had a payday loan from them and they tried to tell me that they recived a payment from me for it in 2014 when I told them that they needed to quit calling me because I knew that it was a scam, or I would turn them into the better business Bureau they told me to go ahead because they were the number one company there. I havent heard from them since.

Call about a debt and that they would settle it out for a lower amount. Message left also that they would send it to litigation if we did not comply. Sounds real scammy, saved the message too.
