Your advice of pressing 2 is worst idea in this scenario. You have not only guaranteed that you will receive more calls from this number, but rest assured, your number will passed along to other scammers. Perhaps reading the information contained in this link will assist you.
I got a call today from this number in Grand Island, NY: 716-404-1821. Since they don't identify themselves or leave a message, their number will be blocked. I'm on the Do Not Call list.

If you try calling this number 716-404-1821...it's always busy. Tried calling to find out who it is. Tried maybe 30 times at different times of the day. Busy. Busy. Busy. The number called twice, once at 8:44am, ignored. Then right again, ignored. No messages left, they seem to just call people for the joy of harrassment.
