The BBB has reached out to the business on several occasions. The business has not attempted to answer the BBB in regard to concerns we have about their debt collection practices. Consumers are advising the BBB that this business is not following the rules and regulations put forth by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The BBB advises consumers to know their rights within their state of residence regarding collection practices. The BBB also advises consumers that if they feel threatened by the collection agent that they disconnect the call and file a complaint with us or notify the authorities if the situation warrants such. Received call from this clowns, claiming that Bank of America have a claim against me.  Threaten me with civil action. If Bank of America have a claim against me they will notify me, not use a third party!!!!!

Got the same type of call claiming check fraud from a bank. I said they were a fraud  and they said file a police report if it is fraud so they no not to serve me with papers.  Then they gave me a FAX # to send the police report to. They must b nuts if they think I'm faxing anything!

Hi, I have gotten two calls today from a person that claims to be Molly Stevens and she says I have a fraud claim against me for fraudulent checks that were written, funny bc I do not write checks, I have been a victim of identity theft, and I will report this call to the police again. She sd she is going to file paper will tarrant county and I will get paperwork this wed. I called my identity theft protection people and they say I do not have such a case against me. She called me from a number 716-402-5939. I do not want these people calling me and representing themselves to me as someone they are not. Thanks for your help in this matter,
