This is the second call I have received from "Excella Recover'.  Each time a pre-recorded message referred to legal charges against me and advised me to call another number or else legal action would be taken against me.  Both times the caller spoke so quickly that it was impossible to get the whole message.  At the end of the first call, the woman said, "You have been notified."  The number I was asked to call is 844-621-8273.  I'm not sure what kind of scam this is.

On Saturday 05-17-15, I received a call from an "unknown number". The message left was from Amy Travis of the ERG Group stating I had a case against me. Advising was to call 1-866-782-4424. This morning I answered a call from a local number (area code) it was automated and I hung up. When I googled the number, it came up with being tied to ERG Group, yet the number is also being listed as being from Pinecrest, CA and Fresno, CA. Just now I received another call from Amy Travis from the 716-382-7522 and that I have 24 hours to respond. When I google the phone numbers, I'm not finding anything tied to ERG Group directly. Are they a scam???

Received a call from this number 5/19/15 stating they having been hired to verify my assets and that there are several cases against my SSN. I have 24 hours to respond. At the end stated "you have been legally notified".   Wants me to call a different number back. Couldn't understand the beginning of the call.  This is not the first of these calls that I have received.

Stated that they have my social security number and name on their desk  2 claims have been made against me and that I need to call back to verify assets,employment, and income. This is the second call I've received like this within about 2 weeks. First call was from Colin storm from "ERG and associates"

Got the same phone calls as the other poster are saying. Funny that my name is never mentioned.
