The people from this number call my parents repeatingly trying to contact me ... I'm 36 & haven't lived with my parents in 16 yrs! I called them back and they said they were collecting a credit card debt of 2,000+ from Citibank. I have never owned a citibank card & these people were EXTREMELY RUDE! Said they were going to press charges & that I need to start paying my bills! What nerve this girl had! I hung up on her ... this is a scam if I've ever heard one!

Keeps calling me and says that I need my lawyer to call them about my breach of contract. Give me a claim number.  I have never called them back. Some man Mike Robinson and he's very rude when he leaves a message

These folks leave a message on my voicemail every day. I'll never call them back since that is my policy with collection people. If I had the money, I'd pay them, no need to talk about it :) Anyways, the guy just leaves a message for me or my atty to call him back. Says he's calling from "Ross Kline's office" & leaves a claim number. No clue who Ross Klein is. Anyways, any call from the 716 is likely to be a rude collector as Buffalo NY has the highest concentration of collection agencies in the country :)

Did you hear from them again after not calling them back?  I got a call from them, called them back, they told me that I owed a debt, I said I paid it with another company, they said they would look into it.  I called them the next morning and asked for a validation of the debt for my records, just in case, the woman screamed at me, tried to avoid the VOD, and then hung up when I continually asked for a validation of the debt.  I don't think they are legitimate.

just started calling me as well - too bad for them that I know the legal system and my rights and how to protect myself legally. I will be awaiting that court summons, and until it comes in the mail - I will do nothing like waste my time with crooks. Once I get them in court - we will see who wins! I was duped by capital one for unscrupulous fees while I was in Afghanistan dodging rockets and mortars - how low can our banks stoop especially when the taxpayers just recently bailed them out of their own dispair! Fight them all the way!
