I receive a call from a blocked number and 716-362-2520 is left as a call back number. I was advised of a citation number. When I called back it wasn't for me. I'm supposed to believe that they are going to come after me for a pay day loan for an old friend who I no longer speak too. I was threatened to be taking to court, claiming I was a co-signer on this loan. Amazing what a "chop-shop" collection company will do for money. The name of the company was advised to me as Element Global Services. I will be filing a complaint on this company with the AG in my state. I advised anyone who gets a call from this place do the same.

I got the same king of call from this place -- The Message was From Element Global Services - but I got a toll free line - 877-651-9701 - when I spoke with a man, he threaten to have me taken to court for a Pay Day Loan that was 3 Years old and I could have provided proof was paid. I demanded to speak with a manger and when she got on the phone she was very nasty as well. She claims she felt I was lieing that my loan was paid. She also than advised me, after I finally got a fax number, that if she does not get the fax of proof that she personalty will have the County Serve me. Is this company serious? YOU CAN NOT BE SUED OVER A PAY DAY LOAN! My mission is to investigate this company and make sure that they get whats coming to them. My family and I will not be treated like we are horrible people over a loan that was paid back.

Well I'm receive in calls from a18776514648  and I never gotten a loan I don't even have a bank account so you tell me what's going on here some one is fraudulent and I will be getting to the bottom of this

I received a call from the same company, asking me to call them back before they start the legal process as they received a complaint against me.
The person identify as *Sean Montgomery* from Element Global Services, that person have my full name and my last 4# of my SS.
I was going to call that company back, I guess I won't now after reading all this comments.
