The caller called and said they were customer service and they asked can I hear them and she did not say anything to the caller I did not respond then they caller said alright as if I had responded to them. Then I hung up the call..

Said there was a problem with her headset!!

I received a call from this number however I didn't answer and don't unless I know who is calling. I am glad that I didn't this is a known scam in NY, currently. They call and ask if you can hear them, and after you say yes, they sign you up for other things without your permission and get away with it because they would have your voice confirming yes.
