Unknown caller, no message, caller id says Buffalo NY

called  didnt answer

These people call constantly....716-342-1268...caller id says buffalo, ny...don't know anyone from there and did not answer, nor did they have the decency nor professionalism to leave a message...they are now blocked permanently from ever using this number and invading my privacy  !!!!!!!

ID reads Buffalo, NY.  The previous three to four times this number has called, there was no message.  Today I picked up and asked for name, location and the reason for the call otherwise not to call again.  The call was hung up.  It is spam/scam/fraud.  Next time the number calls, I will make a complaint on the do not call list.
