This person called me too i dont know who they are

Got a call from this number on my cell phone.  I have True Caller and it identified it as 'Knee Doctor' in New York.  Don't know who is really is.  Didn't answer.

Caller ID said knee doctor called it back and they said that I had won a prize from viewing a web page some BS like always

Reveived several calls from this number caller ID said knee Dr, finally answered and they tried telling me I am going to be able to receive money for taking blood thinners, never once asked for me by name. Told him I have never taken "blood thinners" and i have asked them several times to take me off their call list, and to please stop calling me. He said "No, I will still call you.". when I asked to speak with his supervisor, he pretended to put someone else on the phone which was clearly still him. So I told him he needs to take me off his call list, and he proceeded to ask for my name. Shouldn't they know who they are calling??? Since I've supposedly taken blood thinners.
Still getting calls, will be filling harassment claim.

KNEE DOCTOR? Called and hung up.
