The police NEVER solicit for money. I tell him that. They call a few times a week. Sad that some people fall for this.

My mom got a call from this number stating that they were NYPD taking donations! Since when does NYPD make house calls for money?? Definitely a fraud or scam!!

I often get calls from this number - the guy says they are NYPD taking donations... Since it can't be the police, it's a scam!

This idiot called and indicated he was from NYPD and asking for money. I told him to go #@%^*&% himself and hung up. Surely a scam.. Let him go to POTUS for money, he has plenty.
