Just received another call from a No Caller ID number on my cell phone. Said he was scheduled to come to my home in the morning and serve me papers regarding an upcoming court appearance. I asked him what the court appearance was for and he said he had no way of knowing but he could give me the number to the claimants office so I could call and find out. The number he gave me was 716-299-0021. Same number that called me twice the other day! I live in MO and the number is from NY. He never asked for my address but said that he would see me in the morning............getting kinda creepy now.

About an hour received the same call from a No Caller ID number.  Caller identified himself as Stan Matthews.  The number he gave is 716 299 0021.   Subject is an affidavit of fraud.

Hi guys I just received a call from Stan Matthews from SGA and associates. 2 min earlier my husband got a call from the exact same number same voice different name Steve Nelson. I called them back as this is not the first time they have attempted to "persue" me. The first time 3 yrs ago it was for cashnet usa 2nd time it was for American Cash payday loan company this time it was for cash loan team. Payday loans are illegal  in AZ.

Let me tell you about my experience with this "company"! They have been pursuing me for over 5 years with all different names of payday loan companies I "owe" Cashnetusa, American cash, and cash loan team. First off let me inform you that Joe Williams, Stan Matthews and Steve Nelson are all the same person. Called my husband's cell as Steve Nelson two minutes later called me as stan Matthews got put on the phone with Joe Williams after asking for stan Matthews aka Steve Nelson. Same Guy


same NY accent just different levels of tone of voice and cadence. Anyway so payday loans are illegal in AZ have been sin I tested the gentleman and asked when this supposed loan was taken out and what company (mind you i told him 2008 instead of 2003 to trap him) of course he said in 07. I then asked what court and date and time of said proceedings and he had no info other than my county name which could be easily googled based on my address. I also informed him of az statute of limitation laws for debt enforcement to which he had no relevant reply. I asked for Cash loan teams phone number as i had with the previous establishments and was told i could only deal with this company. Being the research analyst that I am I contacted these payday loan companies each time i was contacted to see if they had my info which none ofce 2003.

None of them had. I've never tried to take out payday loans. Lifelock instructed me that my info was found on a black market site that sells personal info for the purpose of these scanners to make money off of the ignorance and fear of individuals and I have neither of those traits. I reported this company once again the FTC and district attorney for my state. This Guy always calls from a 716 area code but the 6 digit phone number has changed numerous times over the years. Illegal language and disclosure process of conducting debt collection is breaking just about every statute in the FCRA handbook. Do not send these people money and immediately report to FTC and DA for prosecution in your state. LAST MESSAGE GOT CUT OFF PAYDAY LOANS HAVE BEEN ILLEGAL IN AZ SINCE 2003. this is a top scam on fetch and fbi
